Alexis Fleischer, former Grossmont High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Grossmont High School standout Alexis Fleischer’s current collegiate team the UMass Boston Beacons won 4-2 against the Springfield Pride in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Kostrinsky Field at 2:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Springfield Pride in the tournament.

The UMass Boston Beacons’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 5:10 p.m. at Kostrinsky Field.
