Chaparral High School standout Joslyn Woodard’s collegiate team loses game in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship on Tuesday, June 3

On Tuesday, June 3, former Chaparral High School standout Joslyn Woodard’s current collegiate team the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins lost 1-8 against the Trine Thunder in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Inspiration Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Trine Thunder in the tournament.

The Virginia Wesleyan Marlins’ next game will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 11 a.m. at Inspiration Field.
