On Friday, Feb. 28, former El Capitan High School standout Hailey Mulligan’s current college team, the San Diego Toreros, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Loyola Ramblers.
The game took place at Jane Sanders Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Ramblers this season.
The Toreros’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 3:30 p.m. at Jane Sanders Stadium against Oregon Ducks.
