Former Helix High School standout Sophia Ramuno played on Friday, May 16 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division I Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Helix High School standout Sophia Ramuno’s current collegiate team the Washington Huskies lost 3-6 against the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field at 7:10 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the tournament.

The Washington Huskies’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 3:35 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field.
