On Friday, Feb. 14, former Grossmont High School standout Evan Vasiliou’s current college team, the UNLV Rebels, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana Hoosiers.
The game took place at Surprise Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hoosiers this season.
The Rebels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 12:05 p.m. at Surprise Stadium against Oregon State Beavers.
