On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Monte Vista High School standout Jake Fields’ current college team, the Chapman Panthers, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Piedmont Lions.
The game took place at W.O. Hart Park. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at W.O. Hart Park against Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens.
