On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Steele Canyon High School standout William James’ current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, lost 13-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Menlo Oaks.

The game took place at Cartan Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Oaks this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 12 p.m. at Pioneer Baseball Field against Menlo Oaks.
