On Friday, Feb. 28, former West Hills High School standout Samiya Wright’s current college team, the Portland State Vikings, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oregon Ducks.
The game took place at Jane Sanders Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Ducks this season.
The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1:05 p.m. at Jane Sanders Stadium against Loyola Ramblers.
