On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Monte Vista High School standout Jake Fields’ current college team, the Chapman Panthers, lost 16-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens.
The game took place at Alumni Field. This was their third matchup against the Sagehens this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at W.O. Hart Park against MIT Engineers.
